What We Collect
When you fill out a quote or contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, event date, and event details. We don't collect payment information through this website.
How We Use It
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, put together a quote, and follow up about booking your event. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything beyond communicating with you about Music and Lights Entertainment services.
Third-Party Tools
This site uses a small number of third-party tools to operate:
- Check Cherry processes the quote, contact, and booking forms on this site.
- Instagram embeds are used to display posts and reels directly from our account.
- Google Fonts are used for the typefaces on this site.
- Google Analytics is used to count visits to this site (pages viewed, general location, device and browser type). It does not collect the details you enter in our forms.
These services may set their own cookies or collect basic technical data (like your browser type) as part of how they function. Each has its own privacy policy governing that data.
Cookies
The only thing we track on this site is how many people visit it. Google Analytics uses cookies to tell visits apart and count pages viewed, along with general location, device, and browser type. We use this to understand how many people visit and which pages they look at. It does not collect the details you enter in our forms. Some of the other third-party tools listed above, such as Instagram embeds, may also use cookies as part of their normal operation.
Your Choices
You can block or clear cookies at any time in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. If you'd like us to delete information you've previously submitted through a form, email us and we'll take care of it.
