DJ & Production For Company Events

Galas, holiday parties, grand openings, and conferences. The same professionalism your brand runs on, applied to the night your people remember.

Built For Business

Easy To Book, Easy To Approve

Corporate events come with their own checklist, and after years of working them, we know it as well as you do. We make our side of it simple.

1

Weekday & Business-Hours Friendly

Holiday parties, lunch-and-learns, and weekday galas are just as normal to us as a Saturday night wedding. We work around your calendar, not just the weekend.

2

Procurement-Ready Paperwork

Invoices, a W-9, and a certificate of insurance are available whenever your event needs to go through a procurement or finance process.

3

Reads The Room, On Brand

A company gala and a product launch call for different energy than a wedding reception. We adjust the music, the volume, and the vibe to match the audience in the room.

4

One Point Of Contact

DJ, sound, and lighting from one crew and one contract, so you're not coordinating multiple vendors for a single event.

5

Full Production, Not Just A Playlist

Microphones for speakers and award presentations, sound that reaches the back of the room, and lighting that makes a hotel ballroom feel like it was built for your event. We've run this enough times to know what a corporate room actually needs.

What We Cover

Galas, Openings, Holiday Parties & More

Company holiday parties, employee appreciation nights, grand openings, product launches, conferences, trade show activations, award ceremonies, and nonprofit galas. If it's a room full of people your business cares about impressing, we know how to run it.

We've built our production around exactly this kind of event: a professional crowd, a tighter run of show, and a brand on the line. That means a DJ and crew who show up early, dress the part, and know how to keep a corporate room engaged without turning it into a wedding reception.

Live Music

Want The Feel Of A Live Band Without Losing The DJ? Do Both

Pair your DJ with a live saxophonist, and a drummer if you want even more energy, for a corporate event that feels elevated and polished without losing the seamless mixing only a DJ can deliver.

Live Saxophone

Our saxophone players don't stay on a stage. They move through the room during cocktail hour and networking, layering live runs over the DJ's mix that make the space feel elevated and professional.

Add A Drummer

Want more energy for an award presentation or product reveal? Add a drummer to the mix for a full hybrid sound that lifts the room without drowning out conversation.

Built Around Your Agenda

We work the live elements into your run of show, cocktail hour, keynote transitions, award moments, wherever it fits your event best.

FAQ

Corporate Questions

What event planners and procurement teams ask before booking.

How far out should we book?

As soon as your date and venue are set. Corporate calendars move fast around holiday season and Q4 galas especially, so the earlier we're looped in, the more room we have to plan the production right instead of rushing it.

What does corporate event production cost?+

It depends on scope. A simple DJ and sound setup for a lunch presentation costs a fraction of a full gala with staging, lighting design, and a dedicated MC. Tell us the room size, headcount, and what the event needs to accomplish, and we'll put a number to it.

Do you handle sound, lighting, and staging as one contract?+

Yes. One crew, one contract, one point of contact for the DJ, the sound system, the lighting, and the staging. You're not stitching together separate vendors and hoping they coordinate with each other on the day.

What's the difference between booking you and just using the venue's in-house AV team?+

A venue's AV team is there to run the equipment the building already owns. We're there to build the night around your event specifically, the music, the pacing, the lighting, the way the room feels from the first guest to the last speech. We bring our own gear and our own crew, and we've done this enough times to know what actually keeps a corporate room engaged instead of just quiet.

Can you work with our existing event planner or in-house team?+

Yes. We regularly work alongside planners, marketing teams, and venue staff. Tell us who else is involved and we'll coordinate directly with them on timeline and logistics.

Do you travel outside New Orleans for corporate events?+

Yes, we cover corporate events across the Gulf South and take select bookings further out. Let us know your location and we'll work it into your quote.

Can you provide an invoice, W-9, and certificate of insurance?+

Yes, all available on request for events that need to go through a procurement or finance process.

Do you work weekday and business-hours events?+

Yes. Holiday parties, lunch-and-learns, and weekday galas are as normal to us as a Saturday wedding.

Can you match the energy to a professional audience?+

Yes. We read the room and adjust music, volume, and vibe to fit a corporate crowd, not a wedding reception.
