What people ask before renting gear from us.
For weddings and larger events, 6–12 months out is ideal, especially during peak wedding and festival season. For smaller parties or school events, 4–6 weeks is usually enough, but popular dates fill up fast.
Every pre-made mobile DJ setup includes everything a DJ needs, including a laptop stand and controller. Custom DJ furniture and booths are available. Lighting can be added depending on package, and you can opt in to our "Peace of Mind" add-on for extra coverage.
Yes. We handle all of the gear ourselves, sound system, lighting rig, and any AV needs, so you don't have to rent, transport, or set anything up.
We need a 6-foot by 6-foot setup area and a minimum of four 15–20 amp circuits from a reliable power source within 50 feet of the setup area, free of other connected loads (two separate circuits preferred, with additional dedicated circuits for lighting if contracted). Any delay or equipment damage due to improper power is the customer's responsibility.
We carry liability insurance and can provide a COI to your venue on request.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
If you cancel more than 60 days before your event, your deposit is fully refundable. Inside 60 days, the deposit becomes non-refundable, and if full payment has already been made, 50% is refundable.
Yes, we serve the greater New Orleans area and take select bookings further out with a travel fee.

DJ Controllers start at $129 (Rane One $129, Technics SL-1200 MKII Gold pair $179, Pioneer DDJ-FLX10 $179, DDJ-REV7 $179, RANE Performer $229, XDJ-AZ $299, CDJ-3000 pair $339), Lighting Effects start at $99 (up lighting, moving heads, gobo projection, haze, cold sparks and mirror balls), Sound & Mics start at $24 (speakers, subwoofers, wired and wireless mics, DI boxes), and Staging & Truss start at $239 (custom stage panels, truss structures, stanchions, and a custom-wrapped DJ booth). Looking to add a photo booth or LED video wall? Ask us, we can source and coordinate it based on availability.
We bring and set up all professional sound and lighting equipment for the night. Your DJ just needs to show up and play, no gear to haul, troubleshoot, or manage.
Both. We handle full setup, sound engineering during the event, and teardown, so your DJ can focus entirely on the crowd and the music.
In most cases yes, we're happy to integrate a DJ's own controller, laptop, or specific gear into our setup. Just let us know ahead of time so we can plan the technical side.
Yes, we work with clubs and venues on ongoing weekly or monthly arrangements, not just one-off nights.
We request at least 3 hours before the event for setup and 2 hours after for breakdown, along with ramp or elevator access between parking and the setup area. If a venue requires a tighter window or equipment has to be carried up stairs or onto a stage, additional labor is billed at $50 per unit or $100/hour for extended setup/takedown windows.
